Edisik

Small on purpose, senior by design

Edisik is a compact team that builds AI automation and custom software end to end. We stay small so that the people you talk to are the people who do the work, and so we can stay on a project for the long run instead of disappearing after launch.

Why we exist

Too many software projects are over-staffed, over-billed and abandoned the moment they launch — and too much "AI" never ships anything real. We built Edisik to be the opposite: a small senior team that builds what is worth building, automates what is worth automating, and stays to keep it running.

How we like to work

Close, steady and accountable. Short cycles so you always see where things are going, working software you can try every week, and a team that sticks around to maintain and extend what we build. The best projects we have are the ones we are still improving years later.

What we believe

Senior people, no handoffs

The people who scope your project are the people who build it. Nothing gets thrown over a wall to a junior team you never meet.

We build to last

Most of our work runs for years. We write software we are happy to maintain, not a demo that falls over after launch.

Honest about scope

If something is a bad idea or not worth the spend, we say so. A clear no early beats an expensive yes later.

AI where it earns its place

We automate the things worth automating. No AI for the sake of a buzzword, only where it removes real work.

Who you work with

No account managers, no middle layer. You work directly with the people building your software, from the first call to long after launch.

Lluc Gimenez

Engineering & sales

Leads the architecture and the technical decisions, and is the main point of contact for clients — the person you talk to from the first call and throughout the whole project.

Engineering & cyber

Focuses on cybersecurity, but is also part of the decisions and the code. She makes sure what we build is solid and stays maintainable for the long run.

Why a small senior team

Against the options you are actually weighing — here is where a compact senior team wins.

  • 01

    vs. a freelancer

A team that does not vanish when one person is busy, sick or gone — with the range to cover web, mobile, enterprise and AI.

  • 02

    vs. a big agency

No account managers or junior bench. You work straight with the seniors doing the work, and decisions are fast.

  • 03

    vs. hiring in-house

Senior capacity now, without the months of recruiting and the fixed cost — scale us up or down as the work changes.
