What data we process
Only the data you voluntarily provide through the form: name, email address, and depending on the case company or role, phone (optional) and the content of your message.
We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes, nor do we use tracking cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the professional or commercial relationship arising from it.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give when submitting the form.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for any legally required periods. Once it is no longer necessary, we delete it.
Recipients
To deliver form messages we use Resend (Resend, Inc.) as our email delivery provider, acting as a data processor. This provider may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, with the appropriate safeguards required by law.
We do not share your data with any other third party, except where legally required.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@edisik.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with your data.
