01 When and how do referral partners get paid?
You earn a commission on every deal that closes from a referral you send. Terms are agreed in writing up front — rate, what counts as a close, and payout timing — and you can see where each referral stands from intro to closed.
02 Who owns the client relationship?
On referrals and white-label work, the client relationship stays yours. We can stay fully behind the scenes and under your brand, or work in the open — your call.
03 Who owns the code and IP?
The client (or you, on white-label engagements) owns everything we build — code, architecture and accounts. No lock-in.
04 Is there a minimum commitment?
Embedded and fractional engagements are monthly and scale up or down. Referrals have no commitment at all — send work when you have it.
